How to make the cake in 5 minutes
To make this delicious cake in record time, we will need:

-2 lemons
-2 eggs
-150 g Sugar
-4 spoons. of corn starch
-300ml Milk
-Grated coconut
-White chocolate
for the cake
-6 eggs
-A pinch of salt
-7 tablespoons of sugar
-160g of flour
-Zest of 1 lemon
-120g of butter
-50ml Milk
-1 teaspoon. of icing sugar
Procedure
for the filling:
Let’s start by grating the lemon zest very well, only the yellow part. Then we will squeeze the juice and filter it. We reserve.
Instead, we will put 2 eggs in a saucepan, add the sugar and mix.
We will add the cornstarch and milk. We will mix again to integrate. It should be like a paste.
Finally we will add the lemon juice, mix and cook over medium heat. Now we must NOT stop mixing, until a thick cream is formed, similar to the consistency of custard.
Once ready, we transfer it to another container, we cover the surface of the cream with transparent film so that it does not harden. Let it cool while we prepare the cake.
For the cake:
Let’s start with the eggs, we will separate the yolks on one side and the whites on the other.
We will take the egg whites, add a pinch of salt and start beating. You can use an electric mixer or a manual one, but in this case it will take a little longer.
Now we will add the sugar little by little while continuing to beat, you will see this mixture change color and start to become very frothy.
We continue to beat until the mixture doubles in volume and forms a letter peak.
When we reach this goal, we will add the egg yolks while continuing to mix. We need to add the egg yolks one at a time.
Once this operation is completed, we stop whisking and add the previously sifted flour. We integrate it well, but with enveloping movements so as not to lose the sponginess achieved.
We pour it into a 22 cm mold previously buttered and floured. Place in a preheated oven at around 180°C for around 30-35 minutes.
