Ice cream biscuit: the delicious and perfect cake for summer!

INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
400 g 00 flour
150 g sugar
150 g butter
2 eggs
Chocolate chips

For the cream:
400 ml of whipped cream
180 g of condensed milk
Chocolate chips PROCEDURE
1. In a bowl mix the flour with the sugar, butter and eggs. Knead until you obtain a compact dough. Add and incorporate the chocolate chips.
2. Divide the dough in half and wrap each in plastic wrap. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. Once the time has passed, roll out the first half in the circular mold (20 cm in diameter). Spread it with your hands until it covers the entire bottom. Bake at 180° for 30 minutes. Repeat the operation for the other half of the dough, obtaining two large biscuits.
4. Whip the cream, add the condensed milk and mix. Add and incorporate the chocolate chips.
5. Leave a biscuit in the mold, then pour the cream over it. Level and place the second biscuit on top.
6. Leave in the freezer for 4 hours.
7. Transfer the ice cream biscuit to a plate and decorate the cream part with more chocolate chips.
