In a bowl, beat the eggs until light and foamy.

Add the milk and oil, and beat again. Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.

Pour the batter into a cake pan lined with parchment paper. Transfer to the mold and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes. Once cooked and slightly cooled, enclose the cake by cutting it in half horizontally.
