Incredibly delicious apple pie! Everything mixed and baked! Simple and delicious!
Instructions:
In a bowl, beat the 3 eggs with a pinch of salt, 130 grams of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar until you obtain a foamy mixture.
Little by little add 300 grams of sifted flour with 10 grams of baking powder, mixing well until the flour is completely incorporated.
Melt 70 grams of butter and heat 180 ml of milk until the butter melts.
Add the melted butter and milk to the mixture, making sure to incorporate them well.
Pour half of the mixture into a previously buttered and floured mold.
Peel and slice the apples and place them evenly over the batter in the pan.
Sprinkle with almond petals (optional).
Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes, or until the cake is golden and cooked.
Once cooked, let it cool a little before serving.
Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving
