Instead of barbecue I cook Canadian-style ribs for the holiday table: they are so delicious that words cannot describe them.

Cooking: After the marinating time, place the ribs on a baking tray, cover well with cling film and place in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 50 minutes. Then remove the film and lightly pour in the liquid if necessary.

 

Dosage: Pour the sauce over the ribs and put them back in the oven for another 30-40 minutes. During cooking, baste the ribs with the sauce again every 10-15 minutes.

These delicious, moist and juicy ribs are sure to please your guests. Enjoy your meal!
