1. First the apples are peeled and grated into strips. In principle, however, you can reduce apples according to your tastes or preferences.
2. Next, from 2 packets of custard powder, a custard is cooked.
Then about 650 ml of milk into a saucepan and with the remaining 150 ml the powder is mixed until smooth.
Add 3 tablespoons of icing sugar to the milk. When the milk boils, remove from the heat and incorporate the powdered mixture smooth with a whisk.
3. Now roll out some puff pastry and place it in a suitable pan.
Then season the apples with cinnamon and sugar and distribute them evenly on the puff pastry base.
Now spread the vanilla pudding on top.
4. Now place the second puff pastry on top and press the edges well.
Poke holes a few inches apart with a fork.
Finally, beat the eggs and spread them well on the “lid” with a brush.
5. Now cook the slices O/U at 180° for about 30 minutes until golden brown. It’s done.
