Step by Step:
- The first thing you should do is wash the lemons you want to preserve. It is always convenient to take vegetables home to wash them, whether or not we use the skin, because this will remove surface dirt and other
- After washing and drying your lemons well, you will need to place paper towels inside the ziplock bag.
- And finally, you have to place the lemons inside the airtight bag, on top of the paper towels. This way, the paper will be able to absorb the moisture that your lemons will accumulate and will preserve them better and for longer.
- Now, you need to place the zip-lock bag and the lemons inside the refrigerator. Remember to remove the air and every time you take out a lemon, close it to continue preserving what is left inside.
- If after a few days you notice that the towel is very damp, you should change it for a new one.
